What we verify,
and what we don't

We want this to be completely clear, because honesty is the entire point of this service.

The one thing a badge means

This is a real, identifiable person whose legal identity is on file with us. If they do something wrong, they can be found. They cannot simply disappear and reopen as a new fake account tomorrow. It does not mean they are honest, and it does not mean any deal with them is safe.

What we do

  • Check that the person is a real human, using their CNIC during a live video call
  • Attach their real legal identity to their online business or work
  • Keep a public record of complaints filed by identity-verified buyers
  • Show the seller's reply to each complaint they receive
  • Revoke a badge when serious wrongdoing is confirmed, after a fair review

What we don't do

  • Promise that the person is honest — a real, verified person can still cheat someone
  • Promise that your deal with them is safe
  • Hold your money or your goods at any point
  • Decide who is right in a dispute, or punish anyone
  • Give refunds, or recover money you have lost in a deal with someone else

Why “real” still matters

A scammer's main power is that they can vanish and open a new fake account tomorrow, with no cost to them. When a seller puts their real identity on file with us, they lose that power. They now have something to lose. That is the actual value of this badge. It gives accountability. It is not a guarantee.

What the badge status means

Active

The person's identity is verified and they are currently in good standing.

Under Review

A complaint about this person is being looked into. This is not a judgement that they did anything wrong.

Revoked

Serious wrongdoing was confirmed after a fair review. This status is permanent.

Expired

The badge was not renewed and is no longer current.

How complaints work, and how we stop false reports

Anyone reporting a person must first confirm their own identity and show evidence of a real dealing with that person. We do not accept anonymous reports. A single complaint never changes anyone's badge by itself. The person is always given a real chance to respond before anything changes. We act on clear evidence and genuine patterns from unrelated people, not simply on how many complaints were filed, so a group of people cannot get someone's badge revoked just by reporting together. A person can bring new evidence forward at any point for us to review. A badge is revoked only when wrongdoing is genuinely confirmed.

Always stay careful

A verified badge is a helpful signal, not a safety guarantee. Check what you are buying, use a payment method you trust, and use your own judgement, even when dealing with a verified person.

The only place a badge is genuine is verifyhumanoriginal.vercel.app. A screenshot proves nothing on its own, because screenshots can be faked.
